Because our products are custom-made, all items are not eligible for refunds.
Please double-check your size before ordering, as we are not responsible for incorrect size selections.

Exchanges are only available if:
- You received the wrong item, or
- Your item arrives defective
Items must be unworn, unused, and have original tags attached, with proof submitted within 7 days of delivery.
