At GodLaMode, we are committed to providing high-quality fashion pieces and a positive shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. GodLaMode does not offer refunds for circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction with fit, style, or color
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and shipping details before placing an order.

Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before purchasing. Please refer to our size chart prior to placing your order.

GodLaMode is unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items purchased in the wrong size.

Shipping Liability Disclaimer

Once an order has been shipped, GodLaMode is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Shipping delays
  • Damage caused by the shipping carrier

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Exchange Policy (Limited Exceptions)

GodLaMode offers exchanges only under limited circumstances.

An exchange may be approved if:

  • The wrong item was sent by GodLaMode, OR
  • The item received is defective

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags must still be attached
  • Proof of the issue (photo or video evidence) must be provided
  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

If approved, exchanges will be issued for the correct item only. Replacement item availability is not guaranteed.

Proof Requirement

Customers must provide clear photo or video evidence when submitting an exchange request. Requests submitted without sufficient proof may not be approved.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. GodLaMode is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
