Because our products are custom-made, all items are not eligible for refunds.
Please double-check your size before ordering, as we are not responsible for incorrect size selections.
We are also not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once your order has been shipped.
Exchanges are only available if:
- You received the wrong item, or
- Your item arrives defective
Items must be unworn, unused, and have original tags attached, with proof submitted within 7 days of delivery.

- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. GodLaMode is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
